How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times typically range from 2-5 business days depending on your location. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

How can I track my order?

  1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the USPS website or your local postal service.
  2. Shipping Delays: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS once the package is in transit.
  3. Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

How do I return an item?

All personalized embroidered items are final sale.

At Sugar Stitch Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple return process:

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at sugarstitchco1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.

Can I exchange for a different item?

  1. Refunds & Exchanges: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you prefer an exchange, we will assist in sending you a replacement item based on availability.

Some items, such as personalized or custom products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Absolutely! Message us in the Contact Us section of our website and we will get back to you ASAP to plan out your custom order. Bulk orders are eligible for discount pricing.
